10% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier.

Tasting notes

The fine bubbles form a large string against a golden background. A fruity nose and delicious, persistent barley sugar and brioche flavours. A very lively wine.

Tradition Premier Cru

Blend

50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir.

Tasting notes

A golden yellow colour with a fine string of bubbles that evolves harmoniously around the sides of the glass. The aromas are subtle, floral and fruity.

This delicate, respectful wine remains elegantly light and exotic and delightfully balanced.

Tradition Rosé

Blend

15% Chardonnay, 50 % Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier, 15% Côteaux Champenois Rouge.

Tasting notes

This rosé has a lovely salmon-pink colour and delicious candied fruit and rose petal aromas.

There is volume, fullness and strength on the palate, with good substance. A delicious wine!

Tradition Millésimé 2003

Blend

40 % Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir.

Tasting notes

This wine’s finesse matches the elegance of the 2003 vintage marked by light fruity aromas – citrus fruit, wild peach and pear, tropical fruit - evolving towards delicious hints of honey.

The Pinot Noir provides the structure necessary to the wine’s personality but retains plenty of softness.

Tradition Cazanova

Blend

30 % Chardonnay, 35 % de Pinot Noir et 35 % Pinot Meunier.

Tasting notes

A sustained golden colour and an elegant bouquet that opens with white blossom aromas and ends on hints of honey.
Lively and balanced on the palate, with a delicious, flavourful finish.
